THE HORSE
Ahhh Bootie. What a doll and character and personality, all rolled into one. This poor feller met with an unfortunate accident on his first day, our assumption by what we found is that he had been stepped on. So, into the vet, and into a cast he went. Boots had the most incredible ability to help himself heal and I feel that the quality of his mind is what helped to keep him going through the pain of casts, splints and subsequently learning to use a leg that he hadn't been able to bend for 7 weeks. Now he runs around sound as a dollar and we are thrilled!! He has the lovely flat movement and level headset that any Reiner would drool over, yet the athletic ability and moves to hit the cutting pen. He is shedding out to be a liver chestnut under all that roan, and with those four high whites... he's definitely eye catching!! Boots may be offered for sale however we want to ensure his soundness before we put him on the market. This little guy wins over every heart he meets.
